Terms of Use
This Terms of Use agreement (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) defines the conditions for the use of services provided on this website by DK-HP (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). All registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
  1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the services between the User and the Company.
  2. The Company may establish additional rules or supplemental provisions (hereinafter “Individual Rules”), regardless of their names. These Individual Rules constitute a part of these Terms.
  3. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with any provision of the Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified by the Company.

Article 2 (User Registration)
  1. User registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies according to the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
  2. The Company may reject the application if any of the following apply, and shall have no obligation to disclose the reason:
    ・ False information was submitted during the application
    ・ The applicant has previously violated these Terms
    ・ The Company determines that the registration is inappropriate for any reason

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
  1. Users are responsible for securely managing their User ID and password.
  2. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID or password with third parties. The Company will consider any login using the correct combination of ID and password as the User’s own action.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the unauthorized use of a User ID or password, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)
  1. Users shall pay the usage fees displayed on this website, using the payment method designated by the Company.
  2. If a User delays payment, interest at an annual rate of 14.6% shall be charged.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following actions:
  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Criminal activities or acts related to criminal activities
  3. Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  4. Disrupting or damaging the servers or network functions of the Company or third parties
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through the service
  6. Interference with the operation of the Company’s services
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
  8. Collecting or storing personal information of other users
  9. Use of the service for improper or fraudulent purposes
  10. Causing disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to the Company, other users, or third parties
  11. Impersonating other users
  12. Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or sales activities
  13. Using the service for meeting strangers of the opposite sex
  14. Providing benefits to antisocial forces directly or indirectly
  15. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice if:
    ・ System maintenance or updates are required
    ・ Service operation becomes difficult due to natural disasters or force majeure
    ・ Servers or communication lines fail
    ・ The Company determines suspension is necessary
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service suspension or interruption.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
  1. The Company may restrict use or delete a User’s registration without prior notice if:
    ・ The User violates any provision of these Terms
    ・ False information was found in registration details
    ・ Payment obligations were not fulfilled
    ・ The User fails to respond to Company communications for an extended period
    ・ The Company determines the use is inappropriate
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from these actions.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the service by following the withdrawal procedure prescribed by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
  1. The Company does not guarantee the absence of defects—legal or factual—including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence. However, if the User is considered a “consumer” under Japanese law, this exemption does not apply.
  3. Even in the case above, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or special damages. Compensation shall be limited to the fees received from the User in the month the damage occurred.
  4. The Company shall not be involved in disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.

Article 10 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue the service with prior notice to Users.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
  1. The Company may revise these Terms without obtaining individual consent if:
    ・ The revision benefits the User, or
    ・ The revision is reasonable considering its necessity and overall impact.
  2. The Company shall notify Users of the revised Terms, their contents, and the date they take effect.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Notices)
Communications between the User and the Company shall be conducted using the method designated by the Company. Unless the User submits a change request, the Company considers the registered contact information valid.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Assignment)
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval from the Company.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
  1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
